“Well I caught up with Hisagi, Mashiro, and Kensei. Met Komamura, interesting fellow, especially his looks. Otherwise I hang around the frozen yogurt shop or kinda wander around the divisions.” he replied and shrugged some.
“It seems you’ve found people to keep you company then,” Meisa commented, but had a look of concern on her face. “Is that all you’ve been doing all this time? Do you want to resume your duties as a Shinigami soon?” she wondered. Meisa however, regretted the question, as she felt incredibly inconsiderate for asking - perhaps he wanted time to mentally heal, and returning to his work would be too much.
“Actually I was thinking about it. I’m not sure if I would want a different squad though.” he said and sighed. “As you know all I have ever known is Kensei’s Squad Nine. And if he asked it of me, I would be more then happy to serve in my previous post. Otherwise I pretty much have no clue what to do with myself.” he added.
A small laugh came from the captain as well. “I could only imagine. Is there anyway I could help you? It would be an honor to assist a veteran shinigami.” Komamura offered.
“Well I don’t rightly know. You might inform on what has happened while I was gone perhaps. I’m rather confused about all these new creatures running around. Arrancar and others. It’s disorienting.” he admitted and sighed softly.
“I’m afraid you’re going to have to specify, there has been quite a few occurrences over the past 100 years or so. The arrancar are merely a result of one of the incidents that have occurred.” Komamura explained to the former squad member.
“Hai, well I don’t much. Perhaps you can clarify about the arrancar. Seems like the most important bit of news lately.” he said and rubbed his neck, chuckling a little.

“Nope, it like I was brought back to my state before I died.” he said and chuckled some. “I’m glad to be alive again though. It’s good and kinda sad.”
She smiled and nodded, and agreed - it was a bit bittersweet, but she was more happy to have him back. “Have you done anything since coming back?” Meisa asked, wondering how he had been spending his time.
